When I say “lifestyle photography” people look at me like I’m speaking a foreign language. What lifestyle photography is, is simply personal photojournalism. The professional capturing of images of regular daily life (well the moments we want captured and photographed!). This summer I offered my usual kids only mini sessions but with a twist- they would all be lifestyle “playtime” sessions. Harper showed me her books, played music from the iPad and danced, and played with bubbles all during her mini session. I was great fun and we got lots of great images that really show who she is as a little girl.
