There’s one thing I’ve learned after years of photographing newborns, the babies aren’t the unpredictable ones, it’s the dogs!
This in-home newborn photography session in Zebulon included a house full of four-legged siblings who were very excited about the family’s newest addition. While we had dreams of the perfect photo with everyone together, the pups had plans of their own, and honestly, that’s part of what makes lifestyle photography so much fun. I never expect babies, toddlers, or pets to be perfectly posed, and some of my favorite images come from embracing the real moments instead.
