Everyone always asks, what’s your favorite thing to photograph? There is no set answer for that, what I love to photograph is people. People being people, being happy, having fun, laughing, being in love, all of it. I love photographing life in a person’s eyes. At the end of the year a common question photographers ask each other is, what was your favorite image of the year. I went hunting to find that answer and what I found was a lot of contenders. But I was able to narrow it down to one, not sure why this image is so striking to me, but it’s different than most of my photography- maybe that’s why. Anyways here is my favorite image of 2013:
