Hey there! Welcome to my page, I’m Sarah and I offer photography in Spring Hill, TN. Spring Hill is  a booming city that I am proud to call home. In the years that we have lived here we have watched it explode with new growth, both residential and commercial. The greenery, numerous creeks and streams, and hidden gardens make for unique and beautiful photographic backdrops. Historic locations and numerous parks and playgrounds create a story-telling atmosphere for all types of photos.

My goal is to follow my clients through numerous stages of their lives, from weddings and births to children and family portraits and high school seniors. I seek to capture things as they are, capturing life and freezing it in time. My photos are presented in saturated bold tones that are warm and inviting, but also in matte black and white that emphasizes the emotion and feelings of the moment.

My business is built by my love of photography not just as photographer but as a consumer myself. I have been working as a photographer for over 10 years and have been a consumer of photographic services as a high school senior, a bride, and now as a mother. My goal is for you to get what you are after in a session, maybe that is the perfect Christmas card where everyone looks like themselves and is smiling at the camera, or maybe it’s an accurate documentation of a wedding day. In any situation my emotional awareness and high energy will make it happen. So reach out, I want to meet you! I want to hear about what you need out of your photo session and I want to make it happen!

Location Highlights for Spring Hill, TN:

Rippavilla Plantationwww.rippavilla.com ) – located at the southern end of Spring Hill, Rippavilla is a beautiful 1850s mansion that has been completely resorted with original antiques and artifacts. The property is almost 200 acres and is home to beautiful gardens, trees, and photographic backdrops. There are options for events, parties and weddings both indoors and outdoors. I love how versatile this location is and how well it can work for high school seniors, family portraits or weddings!

Harvey Park – located in the middle of the city, this park is the perfect location for your mini session. A beautiful creek flows alongside this park, hidden in the trees, creating a wonderland for children in the summer. Additionally paths and a bridge create a wilderness within the city transporting you out of the hustle and bustle. The best part of a photo session at Harvey park is the motivation the promise of playtime can provide to my littlest of clients. The classically brightly colored playground can provide the perfect lifestyle images of mom and dad playing alongside brother and sister.

My Own Studio – yep that’s right! I boast a small in-home studio that is ideal for younger children and newborns. I regularly offer mini mini sessions which provide affordable, seasonal backdrop for kiddos and sibling sets. My studio space also can provide the perfect option for a newborn session.  I have many backdrops, floordrops, blankets, and wrap options for those sweet little ones. One of the main reasons I created this space though, was for cake smash sessions. I offer the option of a printed backdrop or a solid white infinity backdrop that really shows off the mess a kiddo can make, and when they are done they can be whisked off down the hall into the bath to get cleaned up before the trip home.
